Samurai Sushi & Teriyaki is hiring a F/T Restaurant Manager.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $30.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 208 Island Highway East, Parksville, BC V9P 2H3

Job Duties:

1. Oversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant
2. Define the range of services offered and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance service quality
3. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
4. Develop and manage staff schedules while monitoring productivity and overall work performance
5. Maintain inventory control, track revenues, and adjust pricing and procedures as needed
6. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
7. Establish and negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure food and other essential supplies at competitive rates

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service field including supervisory experience are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
