In your role as a Teacher, you will:

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning

• Support your center's success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to assume low postures to interact safely with children and engage in physical activities
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with children and parents
