Part-Time Opportunity

As a Personal Support Worker, you are an integral part of the healthcare team. In this role, you will encourage, support, and promote independence for our residents by assisting with activities of daily living under the direction of our registered staff.

Required Traits and Qualifications
  • Must possess a PSW Certificate Program with a minimum of 600 hours or be a grandfathered PSW/HCA meeting the requirements in subsection (3). O. Reg 79/10, s. 47 (1) of the LTCH Act, 2007.
  • Candidates enrolled in an RN or RPN program in Ontario are also considered.
  • Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Active interest in ongoing education.
  • Caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
  • Understanding of the demands and rewards of the role.
