This role is ideal for those seeking a professional serving position, especially for entertaining and wedding events, with part-time opportunities during daytime and evenings, accommodating those balancing other work or school commitments in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating superior customer service and adaptability to ensure flawless event execution in line with Carmens Group standards.
  • Create memorable guest experiences, overseeing menu quality and overall service.
  • Serve as an ambassador, liaising between guests, management, and team members.
  • Engage with guests, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout meals and events.
  • Learn details of menu offerings for various events.
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
  • Assist with side work, such as clearing glasses and dishware.
  • Communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Contribute to guests' extraordinary experiences.
  • Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities.
