Compensation: This role offers a base hourly rate, monthly commissions, bonuses, and other performance-based incentives. Compensation metrics are based on individual and team performance.

Position Summary:

As a Certified Personal Coach, you will join a community of recognized golf professionals committed to helping people improve their golf game. All coaches participate in our GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program, learning from top golf instructors to advance their careers. GTU combines on-the-job training at our centers with in-person sessions at GOLFTEC HQ in Denver. We seek individuals passionate about teaching golf, eager to succeed as part of a team, and enthusiastic about using industry-leading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete GOLFTEC University training program
2. Utilize advanced golf technology to enhance student performance
3. Develop and recommend tailored lesson content for various skill levels
4. Deliver a range of services including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, and short game coaching
5. Create engaging experiences both inside and outside training bays
6. Use proprietary GOLFTEC technology such as Optimotion and TECSWING
7. Maintain training center environment, equipment, and technology
8. Perform daily opening and closing procedures
9. Engage in ongoing education through seminars and distance learning
10. Uphold GOLFTEC’s core values: Fun, Integrity, Improvement, and Team

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience preferred
2. Knowledge of golf swing mechanics highly preferred
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
5. Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift over 30 pounds
6. Membership with PGA or LPGA is a plus
7. Graduation from a PGM program is a plus
8. Participation in GOLFTEC University training program in Denver, Colorado
9. Work-life balance with set schedules and two days off per week, including one weekend
