POSITION: HVAC - Commercial B2B Maintenance Sales

PAY: $60,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + uncapped commissions

On-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $150,000 + Top performers exceed $150,000

WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

LOCATION: Regina, SK

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients for maintenance contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, facilities managers, and other key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their unique needs and provide the program and solutions that best align with their business goals
  • Networking and developing relationships in the community
  • Offer plans that align with the client's specific HVAC or mechanical system needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies
