We are a food manufacturer and are looking for a 3-month fixed-term contract worker for our Production department who is energetic, motivated and has a desire to learn and advance together with our company.

Job Information :

Production / Process Worker

Terms of Employment :

Wage Range : 22.00 per hour

Monday–Friday from 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm

Main Job Responsibilities :

• Clean / wash process cooler and defrosting rooms
• Wash tanks, vats, pails, tubs, racks, trays, and other processing utensils
• Help processing operators in loading and unloading raw materials and products into / from mixers.
• Help processing operators in moving raw materials and products from and / or into the process cooler and defrosting rooms.
• Help clean the processing area at the end of the day.
• Dispose garbage and other waste generated in production to the bins outside of the building.
• Help Packaging section if there is no available work in Processing section

Requirements :

Basic English communication skills

Hardworking, reliable, punctual

Physically fit

Quick learner and self-starter with minimal supervision

Able to work well with others in a fast paced environment with attention to details

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, able to work some overtime hours when needed.
