ClaimsPro is a national independent adjusting company providing claims services for insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions.
Position: Claims Adjuster Trainee
Reporting to a Branch Manager, this role focuses on starting your career in claims, developing skills in investigation, adjustment, and examination of multi-line claims in a mentorship environment.
ClaimsPro operates in a technology-enabled, paperless environment, managing all matters electronically. The trainee will undergo structured training to acquire the necessary skills for a successful career in claims.

Job Responsibilities
- Handling, investigating, and managing claims
- Reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
- Ensuring appropriate coverage is in place
- Following guidelines and instructions
- Preparing documents and forms
- Managing a caseload in accordance with KPIs and SLAs
- Managing reserves, payments, and financials
- Providing high-level customer service
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Builder or construction experience is an asset
- Ability to obtain an adjuster’s license
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage changing priorities and organize effectively
- Proactive with initiative and follow-up skills
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
- Ability to contribute to and work well in a team
- Familiarity with computer applications; aptitude to learn new ones
- Valid driver’s license
