Job description

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Commercial Producer to focus exclusively on generating new business from high-premium commercial clients. Target industries include construction, transportation, logistics, real estate, professionals, and other high-net-worth sectors.

This is a new business only role. Once a policy is bound, our internal service and renewal team takes over—allowing you to concentrate 100% on building relationships, quoting, and closing new accounts.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Edmonton.

Who You will be a great fit:

  • 3–5 years of commercial insurance sales experience in Alberta
  • Proven success with accounts over $50Kin annual premium
  • Strong knowledge of insurer appetites and market placement
  • You have an existing client base or strong referral network that allows you to start producing from day one
  • Self-directed, competitive, and results-driven
  • Seeking a structured, high-support environment with strong earning potential
