Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations. Your helpfulness, communication skills, punctuality, and dependability are highly valued. Having reliable transportation is essential. Flexibility and good decision-making skills are important, especially during busy periods. Your dedication to excellence is appreciated.

Pay and Shift Details

• Pay: Competitive hourly wage plus performance bonuses
• Shift: Days ONLY (Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm), with overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Process and organize inventory for shipping
• Use modern devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders
• Follow on-screen instructions for various tasks
• Assemble, secure, categorize, and move pallets and packages
• Perform receiving audits and store products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to work a 5x8 schedule, including Sundays, as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, push, and lift throughout shifts

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet physical requirements
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or similar experience
• Meet or exceed productivity standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
• Maintain accuracy, safety, and focus during work
