Opening: Outside Sales Representative
City: Whatcom/Skagit/Island County, WA

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Meet with potential customers in their homes to help them design their dream garage, shop, or barn.
  • Turn leads (provided by our marketing team) into satisfied customers.
  • Build relationships, listen to needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • No cold calling – we provide you with leads!
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • $60,000-175,000/year total compensation.
  • We offer up to 1 year of a base salary (after that, this is a 100% commission position).
  • This is a commission-based position, with uncapped potential (2% commission is earned while on salary but not paid until you are no longer earning a base salary).

  • Sales Reps typically work 6 days per week.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
  • Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for helping people.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • A reliable vehicle to meet customers in their homes is required.
  • Some B2C sales experience is a plus but not required – your drive and attitude is more important!
  • Ability to work a non 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule. This job requires working Monday through Saturdays and some evenings.
  • You may be a good fit if you have some construction experience, building materials sales experience, or in-house sales experience.
