An established healthcare provider in British Columbia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their dedicated team. This role involves performing assessments, planning personal care, and executing nursing procedures within the full scope of practice. Candidates must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and possess effective communication and organizational skills. Under the direction of the Manager or designate and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope performs assessments, plans and provides personal care, and executes nursing procedures. The LPN operates within the full scope of practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, adhering to agency policies, standards, and unit-specific protocols.
