Description
A Victoria’s Secret & Co Customer Experience Lead is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales. Based on store volume, this role reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager.
Primary Responsibility
The Customer Experience Lead is primarily responsible for driving and growing top-line sales by selling, leading and directing associates on the sales floor, and coaching associates in the moment. In addition, the Customer Experience Lead supports operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability. The Customer Experience Lead is expected to act as a front-line supervisor responsible for assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.
All Store Leadership Team Responsibilities Include
Minimum Salary : $17.75
Maximum Salary : $22.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including : your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
