We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital GBUs Commercial Advanced Analytics Strategy & AI PL to collaborate with the Central Data GenAI team, focusing on approved commercial Gen AI use cases (Wave 2). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics & AI/Gen AI, leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our advanced analytics & AI/GenAI digital strategy, implementing best practices, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

As Product Line Owner, you will be a senior leader, acting as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy, planning roadmaps, driving delivery, and measuring business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Gen AI/AI commercial inbound requests and prioritization for the commercial domain.

  • Support business testing of Gen AI PoCs (Wave 2, non-content related) as confirmed by the sandbox committee.

  • Assess and recommend commercial use cases post-MVP phase for submission to the GenAI Board.

  • Oversee Gen AI Wave 2 products based on confirmed use cases.

  • Design and implement end-to-end product vision and delivery for the Commercial Advanced Analytics Strategy & AI PL.

  • Ensure standardization and delivery of digital products, focusing on the commercial GenAI portfolio (excluding content).

  • Co-develop the commercial GenAI strategy, focusing on product line strategy and end-to-end vision.

  • Manage product design, build, rollout, and operation.

  • Oversee product roadmap, budget, resource planning, capacity management, and localization for each market/brand.

  • Ensure digital product performance and value realization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.

  • Experience in healthcare is a strong plus.

About You

Skills & Competencies

  • 10+ years in digital product management with a focus on AI/Gen AI, including 5+ years in leadership roles across diverse markets.

  • Experience building complex digital solutions, preferably with data and AI systems.

  • Hands-on experience in ML/AI/GenAI.

  • Passion for cognitive science and lifelong learning.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI, and application design; extensive experience in ML/AI/GenAI.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong drive, communication, problem-solving, leadership, project management, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, make decisions, and collaborate effectively.
