Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize major departments and senior staff positions.
• Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments.
• Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
• Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, or other executives.
• Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and human resources planning.

Supervision

Supervise 1 to 2 people.
