Key Responsibilities Of a Night Receptionist

  • Participates in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests
  • Night reporting procedures
  • Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
  • Arranges for special services requested by the guest
  • Night Health and Safety requirements for the guests and team including fire walk etc
  • Room Service & Residents bar requirements during the night
  • Shuttle assistance where required

About The Role

Requirements of Receptionist/Night Receptionist:

  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous
