What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager in the Cyber Risk practice, you will lead the delivery of Application Security projects and pursuits for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and business process controls assessments and implementations within Deloitte’s Cyber practice. You’ll oversee project risk management tasks, including supervising junior team members, producing high-quality work products, and collaborating to deliver a superior client experience.
Managers will also develop knowledge transfer materials for eminence activities and contribute to business and security practice development. You will be part of a team that delivers and maintains security technology solutions, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with automation. Your role includes defining client requirements, designing, developing, and configuring security solutions and controls. You will work mainly from the local Deloitte headquarters, with occasional travel to clients nationally and globally.
Our global Cyber Application Security teams design and configure roles and user access within ERP and SaaS applications, address broader cyber risks, ensure compliance with privacy laws, and reduce risks associated with new business processes and unauthorized access.
Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with:
• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or Information Systems, or at least 6-8 years of experience, with 5 years focused on Application Security.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud security, including role design and user lifecycle management.
• Ability to understand IT risks, identify weaknesses, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to supervise junior team members, lead client discussions, and demonstrate accountability and ownership.
Additional preferred qualifications include project management experience, knowledge of cyber risks related to Oracle, experience with Oracle Risk Management modules, cloud security, certifications like CCSP and CISSP, and the ability to obtain Canadian security clearance.
As a Manager in Application Security, you will lead security activities for end-to-end implementations, manage client relationships, and develop market offerings. You will also build high-performing teams, support external eminence activities, and foster collaboration within Deloitte.
Bilingualism in French and English is required due to client interactions.
