The aim of the Graduate Program is to offer talented young people the opportunity to gain experience within the Group to acquire the professional skills needed to become a manager within the Group.

Joining the Graduate Program provides a unique experience at the heart of the operational and business challenges of the subsidiary you join. For one year, you will be mentored to develop your expertise. You will be involved in areas such as contractual customer relations and operational team interactions. Your perseverance, commitment, and expertise will position you for roles of responsibility after the training period.

Profile

Eligibility criteria

Immediately out of school (less than two years) or with a few years of experience AND interested in specializing or discovering the airline catering environment in a responsible position.

Background in hotel management, supply chain, agricultural engineering, business school, finance, etc.

A taste for challenge, commitment, the ability to learn and undertake.

Fluency in French and English
