Job Summary
The Company Controller oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across six business entities in the USA and Canada. This strategic role maintains financial integrity by adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), managing cash flow, and supporting long-term business planning.
The Controller directly manages the accounting team, leads month-end and year-end close processes, implements robust internal controls, and provides key insights to support strategic financial decisions. Additionally, this role supervises administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations.
We seek a detail-oriented, proactive leader who can drive operational excellence, enhance financial performance, and ensure compliance across a multi-entity, cross-border organization.
