FULL TIME - ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION

You'll Do:

• Reporting directly to the Department supervisor, the successful candidate will be part of our Production Department.
• Work in various areas including sorting, stacking, and piling lumber.
• Handle and lift materials.
• Operate production equipment as assigned.
• Assist other processing workers.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of sawmill equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting issues promptly.
• Perform other general laborer responsibilities.
• Complete repetitive tasks.
• Strictly adhere to company safety standards and follow safe work practices such as lock-out procedures and pre-job hazard assessments.
• Stand for extended periods.

You Have:

• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Availability to perform day, afternoon, and night shifts as needed.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work positively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing PPE and taking safety precautions.
• Reliable with an excellent work ethic.
• Desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
• No prior experience required.

Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay is $34.07.
• Outstanding benefits including dental, extended health, pension, life insurance, disability/accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.
