Role Overview

As a Strategic Facilities Support Specialist at Sodexo supporting one of our Oil & Gas clients, you will be responsible for overseeing work order tickets in CMMS for services including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security systems, and building hardware, soft services or other projects as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily operations, i.e., manage phone communications, oversee the central mailbox, and assign work order tickets in the CMMS system.
  • Establish a safe work environment for employees by performing safety audits and inspections, conducting safety-related training, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Order and inventory uniforms and supplies, ensuring unit staff has sufficient equipment and materials to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.

What You Bring

  • Experience working in a facilities or industrial environment.
  • Strong computer experience working in CMMS ticketing systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
