- 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Tasks:
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Motivate staff
- Supervise other workers
- Train staff
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
