Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be working with our Food and Beverage team to ensure a positive experience for all our guests, by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. You will be working a rotating schedule and will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and outlets across the property. Daily responsibilities include ensuring set-up/tear-down and execution of events and meal service in accordance with BEO’s and company standards, coordinating and supervising scheduled F&B staff, providing training, operating the electronic cash register/POS system, and assisting in controlling food and labour costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Key Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities That Are Required

  • A minimum 2-years job related experience, preferably in a hotel, conference center and/or resort setting. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours occasionally and stand for an entire shift.
  • Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation, conference and special event best practices, service standards and etiquette, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
  • Degree or diploma in food & beverage management or hotel management, preferred.
