A leading company is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to lead their benefits team, focusing on enhancing employee experience and ensuring competitive compensation strategies. The role involves managing benefits programs globally, compliance, and team development. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in corporate benefits and strong analytical skills.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Global Benefits Manager as a newly created role will be responsible for leading the global benefits team, putting the employee experience at the center.
Specifically, you will be responsible for facilitating the strategy, design and administration of KORE Wireless global benefits offerings, to ensure KORE is competitive in the market, and provides world-class experience for our employees.
The Global Benefits Manager will also be an integral part of ensuring the KORE compensation strategy is designed to attract and retain talent, ensuring fair and competitive compensation. You will play a key role in designing and implementing compensation along with benefits programs that align with the organization's goals.
You will also support in the due diligence and integration of newly acquired companies as needed.
