Reyna Hospitality is looking for a *Head Chef* to lead our Toronto kitchens, primarily at our Yorkville location, with occasional work at King Street. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an evolving, female-led hospitality group with locations in *Toronto and NYC* and future expansion plans. Our team thrives on passion, creativity, and a love for hospitality.*About Us:*Reyna is a *Mediterranean-inspired* restaurant that blends flavors from Lebanon, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Turkey, and France. We offer lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, special events, and catering, serving up a fresh and innovative menu from Tuesday to Sunday.*Who We?re Looking For:*We are looking for a seasoned chef with expertise in *Mediterranean cuisine* and training in classic French techniques. The ideal candidate is a *creative thinker*, a *strong leader with business acumen*, and someone with *exceptional management and interpersonal skills*.*Responsibilities:** *Menu Development* ? Create seasonal menus, develop recipes, ensure brand consistency, and conduct competitive analysis.* *Food Cost & Budgeting* ? Manage vendor relationships, control food costs, reduce waste, oversee inventory, and maintain budget targets.* *Leadership & Operations* ? Train and mentor kitchen staff, oversee hiring, set team goals, manage BOH scheduling, and ensure kitchen efficiency.* *Health & Safety* ?
