Position Summary

A Department Specialized Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

What you'll do

1. Customer Service: Prioritize customer interactions, assisting with product information, answering questions, recommending products, and retrieving items from locked cabinets.
2. Standard Associate Tasks: Complete tasks such as deep zoning, CAP/VizPick process, PinPoint process, handling price changes, feature to home, and zoning.
3. Modular Setup: Setting up and completing modular displays.
4. Promotions: Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offerings.
5. Product Launches: Participate in in-store product launches of high complexity and provide training or advice to other store areas as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
