About You We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketingto lead Bird&Be’s acquisition strategy and drive measurable growth. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and scaling D2C brands in a high-integrity, purpose-driven environment. You’ll own and optimize acquisition strategies—primarily through paid ads—while also leading content and SEO as core growth channels. You’ll oversee landing page optimization, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and manage influencer and affiliate programs. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition and Retention: ● Own and optimize marketing budget across channels to maximize ROI ● Lead performance strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms ● Track and report on KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates
Content Strategy: ● Define and lead content strategy as a core acquisition channel ● Own SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search rankings ● Collaborate with internal and external content teams (including medical) to produce compelling, high-converting content
Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): ● Build, test, and optimize landing pages to convert paid and organic traffic ● Work with creative and web teams to develop performance-driven pages aligned to growth goals
Influencer & Affiliate Strategy: ● Set strategy and drive performance for influencer and affiliate partnerships ● Work closely with internal teams to onboard, activate, and optimize partnerships
Collaboration & Execution: ● Align growth initiatives with product, lifecycle, CX, medical, and ecomm teams
● Work with the ecommerce, design and web teams to enhance site content, user experience, and conversion flows with design and dev teams
Agency & Contractor Management: ● Manage agency partners and contractors to align output with growth goals ● Ensure accountability and high-quality execution across all outsourced efforts
Performance Metrics & Analytics: ● Use dashboards and analytics tools to track performance, identify insights, and optimize campaigns
Brand Building & Creative Development: ● Partner with creative teams to develop content and assets that drive brand awareness and acquisition ● Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels
Required Skills & Experience: ● 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4+ years in leadership roles ● Proven track record scaling D2C brands and driving revenue growth ● Expertise in paid media, CRO, landing pages, SEO, and performance metrics ● Familiar with Shopify, Shogun, Instant, GA, SEMrush, Klaviyo, etc. ● Skilled in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvements ● Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills ● Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and internal teams ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Bonus: ● Experience in the health, fertility, or wellness industries Familiarity with B2B2C marketing, targeting both a medical audience and end consumers ● A passion for building and scaling brands that impact people's lives positively
