A leading luxury brand seeks a Sales Support Advisor in Montreal to enhance client experiences and support store operations. The role involves engaging with clients, assisting in visual merchandising, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Reporting to the Store Manager / Director, the Sales Support Advisor (SSA) will partner with Moncler’s sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to support the full life cycle of the client experience, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all clients. Embodying the Moncler values as well as the Moncler Client Promise, the SSA will be a knowledgeable and resourceful brand ambassador, projecting an elevated and positive image, both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).

Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $18 per hour to $20 per hour.
