Position : Security Supervisor / Part-Time

Department : Security

Reports to : Security Director & Security Manager

Classification : Part-Time / Non-Exempt

Compensation : $23 per hour

Incentives : Non-guard card applicants will receive $150 reimbursement after 30 shifts with no disciplinary or attendance issues. Current guard card holders will receive $30 toward renewal after 30 events with no issues.

Position Summary : Responsible for supervising security officers and overseeing safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets.

Essential Functions :

• Supervise security staff during shifts
• Conduct shift briefings and post checks
• Train staff in guest service and security skills
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance
• Investigate security requests and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with policies and emergency procedures
• Work closely with Security Director and Managers

Experience, Training, and Education :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle crises
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

License / Certificate : Must have a current California Guard Card.

Physical & Environmental Requirements :

• Stand and walk for long periods
• Climb stairs and work in varying temperatures
