Customer Experience Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions accurately following procedures and regulations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions discreetly.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote banking solutions and complete processes efficiently to meet goals.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions.
  • Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
  • Assist team communication and stay updated on routine activities.
  • Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
