Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant community? Join our team within Ladner and Tsawwassen Family Medicine Clinics, where you'll provide comprehensive primary care in charming South Delta, known for its scenic views and strong community spirit.

In the role of Nurse Practitioner, NP, you will serve as the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) within a collaborative care team, covering a wide range of services including preventive care, maternity, acute illness, and chronic disease management. You will work alongside family physicians, RNs, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Location: Family Medicine Clinics within Ladner and Tsawwassen, (South Delta), Greater Vancouver, BC

We seek candidates with current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM, along with a minimum of four years of relevant clinical nursing experience. Salary Range: 74.48/hr to 81.93/hr.
