Job Title : Senior Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant - Technical

Location : [Remote]

Reports To : Project Director / WFM Practice Lead

Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workforce Software Consultant with over a decade of Workforce Management (WFM) experience and certified expertise in Workforce Software implementation and technical configuration. This role demands hands-on leadership in large-scale deployments, deep functional knowledge, and the ability to drive end-to-end implementation cycles across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions for enterprise clients
  • Translate business requirements into WFS technical solutions, focusing on time, scheduling, leave management, and compliance modules
  • Conduct gap analysis, lead design workshops, and produce functional and technical design documentation
  • Perform system configuration, data migration, integration mapping, and validation testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Provide post-implementation support, optimization, and knowledge transfer
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on WFS best practices, particularly in unionized and compliance-heavy environments
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge base and methodology improvements

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Management consulting
  • Certified Workforce Software Technical Consultant
  • Proven track record in leading at least 3 full-cycle WFS implementations
  • Deep expertise in WFS modules : Time & Attendance, Forecasting & Scheduling, Absence Management, and Compliance Tracker
  • Strong understanding of integration with ERP, Payroll, and HCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Hands-on experience with WFS configuration tools, reporting (e.g., Cognos), and interface mapping
  • Solid communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in industries such as public sector, healthcare, or retail with emphasis on unionized environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Technical skills : SQL, XML, Web Services, REST APIs
