Senior Software Developer Job Description :

Union.dev is looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing new software systems, enhancing existing solutions, and collaborating closely with our client-facing teams to deliver high-quality features. Your work will be crucial in evolving our platform and shaping the future of our technology.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with product managers to bring user stories to life.
2. Design, develop, and implement new software features and applications.
3. Enhance and maintain our existing web-based platform (C#, SQL).
4. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
5. Debug, test, and optimize software for performance and reliability.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation.
7. Train internal teams on software functionality when needed.
8. Continuously improve our platform by upgrading existing features and developing new ones.

What We're Looking For :

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and MS-SQL.
• Additional framework experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to estimate workload and meet deadlines.
