Our National Advisory HR Team is looking for a Manager HRBP to join us supporting Financial Advisory Services and own the following responsibilities :

  1. Key HR point of contact responsible for advising clients on all aspects of the talent agenda and experience
  2. Work with HR Centers of Expertise and FAS Leaders to deliver the BDO talent experience - positioning people for Firm, Professional and Personal Success
  3. Build and maintain strong, advisory relationships with FAS Leaders
  4. Enable leaders to lead and effectively engage their people
  5. Advise leaders on all talent related matters including employee relations and engagement, performance, rewards, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, acquisition, policy application, immigration, contractor management, and others as required
  6. Partner with the Centers of Expertise and lead change processes to transform and deliver the BDO Talent Experience
  7. Work with the HR team to deliver all elements of the National Talent Strategy across the group
  8. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to inform and shape the National Talent Strategy
  9. Participate in / lead national HR projects

Your experience and education

  1. Experience supporting Talent Strategy in a professional services organization, with a strong understanding of the Financial Advisory industry, roles & culture.
  2. Enjoys having fun doing serious work in a collaborative fast-paced environment while getting things done
  3. A high focus on advising clients who develop the best possible recommendations and enable leaders
  4. A curious and proactive problem solver who develops solutions that enable firm, professional, and personal success
  5. Always seeks to improve processes while effectively managing multiple priorities in a complex, matrix environment
  6. Comfortable facilitating presentations and discussions
  7. Post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma within a relevant field combined with a CHRP / L designation completed or in progress
