Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to direct clients and advertising agencies assigned by the Sales Support Manager.
  • Serve as liaison with agencies / clients regarding changes to proposals and / or contracts and follow-up on campaigns on air.
  • Replace commercials not broadcast during original programs.
  • Revise campaigns when needed.
  • Keep client files up to date.
  • Support account executives on daily tasks.
  • Verify and send proposals to Bell Media Traffic, replace non-available occasions when needed.
  • Ensure on-air campaigns meet estimates and produce post-analysis reports.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Critical Qualifications

  • Educational background in administration, marketing, communication, or similar.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Shows initiative, judgment, and autonomy.
  • Able to prioritize work and respect deadlines.
  • Professional integrity, respect, and ethics.
  • Knowledge of English; interaction with French & English stakeholders across Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, advertising, communication, or media.
