Red Deer Polytechnic – Director, Campus Management

The Director, Campus Management (Director) provides strategic direction and leadership for Red Deer Polytechnic’s campus facilities, which encompasses the design and maintenance of the buildings and physical spaces as well as oversight of key support services, including security, safety, materials management, maintenance, janitorial, and food services. The Director supports the polytechnic’s vision by creating and implementing sustainable, functional, and welcoming learning, working, and social environments across our campuses. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and stewardship of operational sustainability initiatives.

The Director will develop and maintain positive working relationships with all contacts inside and outside Red Deer Polytechnic, demonstrating consistency with the institution’s policies, mission, vision, and values. The incumbent will demonstrate people leadership skills in developing the talents of staff and leading a positive workplace culture. Provides leadership and support for the integration of the institution’s physical infrastructure with industry partners to support the Innovation Ecosystem Master Plan. This plan focuses on big issues of industry and advancing the development, adoption and integration of technology.
