What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Proficiency in both French and English

  3. Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  4. Proven customer relations skills in a multi-channel environment
  5. Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task to meet KPIs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
