Do you have experience building single-family homes? Dealing with trades, scheduling, and budgeting construction projects? This is a Project Manager position for an individual with construction experience and provides a great opportunity!

The ideal candidate will possess production experience and excel in developing and overseeing work plans. Additionally, the project manager will be responsible for regularly preparing and presenting updates to relevant management channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish project specifications.
  • Create and oversee schedules, ensuring projects remain on track and deadlines are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and laborers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager – dealing with trades, scheduling and budgeting
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Procore, MS Project & Bluebeam
