Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in pipefitting, preferably in oil and gas.
  • Valid certifications including CSTS-09/20, WHMIS 2015, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pipefitting tasks with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Operate tools and equipment in a construction environment.

Currently we are looking for Journeyman Pipefitters for our Project located in Northern Alberta. Successful candidates will have experience working on site in the O&G Industry. Responsibilities:
  • Possess a Journeyman certification with 2+ years of experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry, specifically with experience in lease/plant construction
  • Experience operating 1 ton picker trucks and standard pipefitting tools
  • Acorn software experience is an asset
  • Proven excellent attendance history
  • Ability to work out of town for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
  • Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
  • Valid Certification
  • CSTS-09 or 20 / WHMIS 2015, Standard First Aid, HS2 Alive and Fall Pro
  • Physically capable of performing all tasks required (Fit Test)
  • Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
  • Previous Experience as a Pipefitter in an Oil and Gas environment
Schedule:
  • 8-12 hour shifts
  • Rotational site schedule
  • Weekend availability
