What You'll Do

There's a variety of tasks in this role, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing guidance to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring visual appeal, and adhering to presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspirational displays in key areas, promoting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need

To start your career, you should have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
