Responsibilities :

• Build, maintain, and grow over 400 software categories.
• Research and update software listings, maintain relationships with over 200 analysts, and report on category health and data metrics.
• Create new categories and develop insights and recommendations for feature changes or software listing adjustments.
• Utilize internal and external data sources to accurately represent software categories.
• Collaborate with analysts to ensure coverage and support for inquiries.
• Communicate with Sales, Research, and Data Operations teams to share feedback on the marketplace.
• Coordinate award launches, segmentation, vendor investigations, and data refresh requests for assigned categories.

Skills :

• Effective management of diverse and complex software categories with re-prioritization skills.
