Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Focus on building new and lasting customer connections, delivering highly satisfying customer experiences, and confidently leading the La Senza selling model with passion and expertise.
  2. Create a shopping experience that is effortless, inspiring, and productive through expert product knowledge and relationship cultivation to develop customer loyalty.
  3. Promote teamwork across all areas to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  4. Process customer transactions, returns, or exchanges accurately and efficiently to create lasting impressions.
  5. Maintain knowledge of inventory, customer requests, and provide feedback to store leadership.
  6. Understand, adhere to, and reinforce brand standards.
  7. Reinforce activities related to providing a safe working environment.
  8. Support loss prevention by fostering honesty and connecting customer service, associate engagement, and shrink reduction.
  9. Assist with merchandise preparation, including replenishment, accurate pricing, and visual standards.
