Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming orders in our ERP system.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure a seamless experience.
Open and maintain customer files, enter orders, and oversee proposal approvals.
Address and resolve any delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
Invoice Management:
Create and submit invoices based on purchase order requirements.
Obtain management approval for project invoices.
Manage invoicing across internal and external platforms.
Support resolution of billing disputes as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in invoicing or order administration is a strong asset.
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
