Job Summary

We are seeking a Mixer Operator to join our BAR DIVISION at our Ontario, California location. Responsibilities include preparing and combining ingredients in the Mixer Machine and completing batches according to batch sheet instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Receive batch sheet from lead person.
  • Ensure the Mixer Machine is clean and ready for use.
  • Gather all necessary materials and ingredients.
  • Verify batch sheet matches the ingredients before starting.
  • Follow batch sheet specifications, monitor the batch for completeness and abnormalities.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean work area.
  • Check batch temperature and condition before delivering to extruder.
  • Maintain knowledge of GMP, GSP, and Quality Control standards.
  • Complete all assigned batches, never leave a batch unattended.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math skills for specifications and control charts.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Make minor equipment adjustments with tools.
  • Stand for extended periods.
