About The Role

The Application Specialist will accurately and efficiently complete USCIS forms for various immigration cases, including VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA, and Asylum. A background in legal assistance, immigration law, or USCIS form filing is essential to ensure successful application submissions.

Job Details

This is a 100% remote position with the following schedule:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST
  • Saturday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST

Pay rate: $7.25/hr, 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do
  1. Review and verify the accuracy of client documentation for immigration applications.
  2. Complete USCIS forms accurately, adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
  3. Analyze existing data and documents to support application preparation.
  4. Communicate with clients to gather additional information and resolve issues.
  5. Provide professional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
  1. Background in legal assistance or immigration law.
  2. Knowledge of USCIS forms for cases like VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA, and Asylum is a plus.
  3. Experience with government forms or similar documentation processes.
  4. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues.
  6. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bilingual in Spanish and English (C1 level).
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  3. Legal background required (Attorney, Paralegal, etc.).
Compensation

The pay range for this role is $7.25 per hour.
