Location : Southwestern Ontario (Windsor, Chatham, Essex County & beyond)

Pay : Per-event rate, discussed per booking

Ivory Vows is seeking a skilled violinist or cellist interested in performing alongside a live pianist at weddings and private events. This freelance, on-call role involves providing string accompaniment during ceremonies or cocktail hours upon request.

You will join a professional, established wedding music business offering elegant live piano and DJ services across Ontario. This role is ideal for musicians looking to earn extra income, enhance their performance résumé, and contribute to a refined musical experience.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with pianist for live wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and special events
• Rehearse in advance as needed (remotely or briefly in person)
• Perform custom song arrangements with professionalism and reliability
• Travel to venues, typically within Windsor–Chatham–Essex area
• Strong performance experience (weddings or public events preferred)
• Ability to adapt to collaborative playing
• Owns and maintains their instrument
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable around clients
