Job Overview

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. It requires up to 25% travel within North America, so a valid passport is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; interpret and apply this information within the scope of the project.
• Lead and deploy Business Central implementation projects from start to finish.
• Analyze business processes to design and implement effective solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
• Deliver training in various formats such as classroom, online, and one-on-one.
• Conduct testing to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Business Central.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects.
