As a Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Partnering and connecting with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Supporting your center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Meeting state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to engage with children safely
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English for communication with children and parents

Range of pay: $17.20 - $17.20 Hourly
