Location : Montréal, Québec, Canada

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000 CAD per year

Description – Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts (Aerospace experience required)

Our client, a leading company in the growth sector of composites and component repair for aerospace, is looking to add a Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts to their Montreal team. In this highly strategic and visible role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in the airline and aerospace sectors, contributing to company growth. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and clients—combining technical expertise with the ability to build strong relationships, manage complex projects, and develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in the aerospace industry and a strong MRO background, capable of strategic thinking while managing operational details. Responsibilities – Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts (Aerospace experience required)

  • Develop and maintain durable relationships with aerospace and defense clients
  • Manage multiple repair and manufacturing projects for assigned accounts
  • Prepare, negotiate, and secure approval for repair estimates
  • Coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards
  • Communicate with clients from project initiation to invoicing
  • Ensure prompt payments and manage overdue accounts
  • Identify and pursue growth and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct business reviews and performance updates with clients
  • Monitor project KPIs, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Update ERP systems and track project progress and budgets

Requirements – Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts (Aerospace experience required)

  • 5+ years of experience managing client accounts in aerospace
  • Technical understanding of aircraft structural components and MRO required
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
  • Experience in managing RFP/RFQ processes and preparing estimates required
  • Experience with ERP systems required
