You Have :

• A passion for the gaming industry & e-sports competitions, with a deep understanding of gamer lifestyle across playing, streaming, and content creation
• Strong experience developing growth strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and conducting growth experiments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully deliver on multiple initiatives
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working successfully as a Growth Manager
• Ability to collaborate with internal key stakeholders to help deliver on growth metrics
